Review
During one of the hardest times of my life, I felt completely alone. I wasn’t asking for money or for anyone to fix my problems , I simply hoped my family and friends would be there for me. Instead, phone calls stopped, messages went unanswered, and I felt forgotten.
If the situation had been reversed, I know I would have supported them however I could. This experience taught me that not everyone values loyalty or compassion the same way.
The person who never left me was Jesus Christ. Through prayer, reading the Bible, and trusting God, I found the strength to keep going. My faith gave me hope when I felt I had none and helped me through the darkest chapter of my life.
This experience changed how I see relationships. I now judge people by their actions, not their words, and I put my trust in God above all else.
Outcome
The situation is still ongoing, but I have accepted that I cannot force people to care. Instead of living with bitterness, I chose forgiveness and continued trusting Jesus Christ.
My faith has given me peace, strength, and hope, and I now rely on God rather than people.
