Content Appeals Process
If your content has been removed by our AI moderation or human safety teams, you have the right to a review.
Initiate an appeal
You can initiate an appeal via your Account Safety Dashboard within 14 days of removal. Select the removed content and provide context for why you believe the decision should be reconsidered.
Independent human review
A separate, independent human reviewer will examine the context of the flagged content. The reviewer was not involved in the original moderation decision, ensuring a fair and impartial assessment.
Transparent decisions
Decisions are communicated transparently via your registered email address within 48 hours of submitting your appeal.
