Friendly, no pressure

Everyone was approachable and there was no hard sell on extras. Would have liked more evening availability.

Great results

Six weeks in and I can feel a real difference. The programme was tailored to me rather than a generic plan.

Genuinely welcoming

Walked in nervous and left feeling confident. They explained everything clearly and never made me feel rushed.
